Baked Avocado and Egg Rolls

Egg rolls:

  • 24 Nasoya® Egg Roll Wraps
  • 2 large avocados, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 4 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp of very finely diced garlic
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Small bowl with water for sealing

Dipping sauce:

  • 1 small ripe peeled avocado
  • 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce (optional)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, lightly stir together the chopped avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, garlic, red onion, salt, and pepper, taking care to not mash the avocado pieces too much.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Working one wrap at a time, place 1 tablespoon of filling in the top third of the egg roll wrap. Brush the edges with water and roll like a burrito. Seal with more water. Place on a baking sheet and repeat until all of the filling has been used.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned.
  5. For dipping sauce: Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Season with additional salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired.

Nasoya Reviews (0) Where to Buy

Reviews are coming soon.

At first, I thought I wouldn't like this product because I don't even really even eat egg but it was really good and I would recommend it if you buy."

I made the Egg Roll recipe that came with the Egg Roll Wraps and they were good. We baked them in the oven with oil brushed on top and they came out pretty great. I plan on purchasing again and trying some more egg rolls, it also came with 3 other recipes for the Egg Roll Wraps. Since they are thin, you do need to be careful when wrapping up whatever you make, a few of my rolls tore, but they still stayed together fairly well even with the tears.

Where do i begin i love egg rolls especially when I'm using nasoya egg roll wraps i love how i don't need any oil for these wraps to fry them they have just the right amount of crispness on there own. So yassss I would totally hands down recommend this product to anyone.

I like these egg roll wrappers! I don't make egg rolls often but these were a good start for me. They didn't rip and weren't too thin that I couldn't do anything with them. If I end up making egg rolls again, I'll purchase this brand.

I made a meat and rice egg roll, bok-choy with bean sprouts, and other creative ideas. The instructions & dough were easy to read and use. The taste was crunchy and held all the ingredients together.
