What is muesli? It’s a minimally processed cereal hailing from the Swiss Alps, originally invented by Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner in the late 1800’s as a delicious way to promote good health. Featuring whole grains (except the paleo flavor!), fruits, nuts, and seeds, it’s a perfectly simple cereal that can be enjoyed any time of day. Bob loved it so much, he’s been making muesli in Milwaukie, Oregon for decades, with Mt. Hood as his backdrop instead of the Matterhorn. Now in convenient, go-anywhere cups, Bob’s Red Mill Muesli can be enjoyed wherever your day takes you!
Original Muesli Cup: Whole Grain Oats, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Dried Cranberries (Cranberries, Cane Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Brown Rice Crisps (Rice Flour, Rice Bran, Honey), Dried Apples, Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds

This is such a convenient way to have a healthy snack at any time. . Just add milk and voila. It's pretty tasty and nutritional. It is a bit small but it's good for a small meal.
This was delicious to try! & perfect for a quick, on-the-go breakfast to take along with me to work and when I'm in a rush! It was also a great alternative that's healthy and hearty instead of stopping by a fast food place for a breakfast sandwich! I'd definitely recommend!
I liked the healthy aspect and the flavor was pretty good. I'm not usually a big fan of muesli or oatmeal but I enjoyed it! I would try it again and interested in the other flavors.
I didn’t enjoy it at all. Hardly no food inside the cup and the flavor was just so-so. Not filling at all. Never need to try that again. Been there done that!
It wasn't bad but in my opinion it also wasn't anything special. Usually when trying products that you would only be able to find in a Whole Foods type of store the expectations are as high as the price. I don't know that this was any better than any other ordinary oatmeal I have had nutrition content may have been slightly better however for the price and lack of flavor varieties I don't know that I would strictly only ever purchase this product for my breakfast/snack needs.
