Matcha is a special form of powdered green tea that comes from the same plant as regular, whole leaf green tea. The difference between matcha and green tea lies in the unusual cultivation and processing methods, making it the king of greens.
Matcha’s recent rise in popularity in the West is in part due to a better understanding of its incredible health benefits. Recent research has shown that one cup of matcha has 100 times the antioxidants compared to green tea (and green has about double the levels found in black tea). Matcha also contains various compounds that are associated with improving health, reducing stress and increasing alertness. It’s the perfect brew for our over-stimulated busy world. It is also being used as an alternative to coffee.
Pukka teas are certified 100% organic and Fair Wild certified.

I purchased the mint matcha green tea & I was really excited to try it because I have heard all about matcha tea. I loved the mint flavor...it was a subtle taste, & not overpowering. This tea was good both hot & cold.
I think that Pukka green match tea is great! The taste is really smooth and pleasant. I would recommend it to friends and family to go try this great tea!
The tea was pretty standard, taste wise. It was very tasty, but it tasted like most teas that I have tried in the past. There are some other flavors that I would love to try, so hopefully those are better!
found the product through the where to buy feature on their site. Stores were running out. A vitamin shoppe did not accept my coupon. The tea smells and tastes good. I would have preferred additional plastic wrap over the box because the boxes in the stores were dirty and torn. Very expensive for a tea.
