Prepare all filling ingredients separately and set aside.
Heat an iron skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla in the pan, warm, and turn over to heat the other side. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Organic Quinoa Meals was a must have during my busy college classes. I loved the lime and cilantro flavor! These were easy to grab and heat up when I needed a quick meal. Once I had extra time and was able to add in more vegetables. I would recommend this to anyone especially if they are on a time crunch but still want to get healthy and organic meals that won't take too long to prepare.
