Not my favorite product. I like tofu, but I’ve always had it prepared for me, rather than me preparing it. So my inexperience is probably to blame in this instance
This really tastes good especially since it really doesn't look that good. It has a really good hearty texture with a rich savory flavor. Its doesn't crumble either. Its really high in protein as well. I cut it up seasoned it w/garlic salt tossed it w/a few different veggies then put a tablespoon of oil into a pan & crisped it up. Came out delicious!! I would def recommend this tofu to anyone that likes tofu!!!
This is very tasty and is an organic product. They are easy to digest and can be eaten by kids. These are excellent sources of protein and calcium and is very helpful for picky eaters.
it was really good. Id eat this every day if I could. I love that its organic and only 90 calories. very important for me right now. I pan fried it and put it in a salad. It was fantastic.
I'm not usually a tofu person as it's tough food me to get past the texture of it. However, I was willing to try Wildwood Organic's SprouTofu. It was alright. The texture was bearable though there didn't seem to be much of a 'wow' factor for me.
