What You’ll Be Doing

This is a central role that requires your best analytical thinking. You are passionate about the top-end of the marketing funnel, specifically acquisition and conversion of users. Our campaigns require a focus on optimization, community segmentation, and strategy. Help us scale by improving our user funnel metrics, acquisition costs, and helping us automate our campaign operations.

You will be recruiting new members into our influencer community, and converting existing members, to successfully fill a campaign. Your critical thinking, strategy and creativity are imperative to our campaign success. Your primary marketing channel will be email, but you will also be testing new channels like Facebook Messenger, Facebook ads, and Instagram to get the best conversions. As the driving force behind our influencer marketing campaigns, you care about the outcomes and are constantly monitoring the campaign performance to ensure they meet our client’s goals, on time and on budget.

Qualifications

  • Suggested minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition.
  • Experience with marketing best practices: A/B testing, user funnel reporting, optimization, automation, segmentation, deliverability (we use Mailchimp).
  • Experience crafting and targeting messages for specific audiences and demonstrated ability to convert them.
  • Track, analyze, leverage, and present data from campaign marketing efforts while putting into action opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with Facebook ads and Google Analytics is ideal.

What You’ll Be Doing

We're looking for someone who can support our growing community and campaign operations.

Ideally, you have at least 1-year experience in a fast-paced office environment where you provided customer service and/or operational support. You should be a quick learner, very organized, a great problem solver, and love going out of your way for others. This is an opportunity to grow with us!

There is an opportunity for professional development in automating and optimizing our current customer support system. If you like tinkering with new software and making systems more efficient, this is a great opportunity for you to develop beyond a customer service role.

Responsibilities
  • Support our community operations. Provide our 350K community with considerate and timely support via email. Mail out product samples to Influencers who didn’t receive them. Recognize Influencers who go above and beyond, flagging them as VIP in our database. Add photo/video/blog content to our clients' media galleries. Work with our Community Manager to improve our Influencer resources.
  • Support our campaign operations. Develop processes to ensure our third-party vendors (warehouses etc) facilitate timely, cost-effective, and accurate shipments to our community members.
  • Be the bridge from our community to our engineers. File clear and concise bug reports. Share ideas to improve the Influencer experience based on trends you see in the community support tickets. Provide input and testing (QA) support on new community features.

  • Keep us organized. Take care of administrative duties, ordering business cards/office supplies, reconcile petty cash, issue payments to vendors, and other tasks as assigned.

  • Quickly learn the ins and outs of Social Nature. There isn’t one thing about Social Nature you don’t know about. Knowledge is power.

What You’ll be Doing

Social Nature is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to help drive the future of our digital customer experience. You’ll be wearing many hats as the strategic and operational lead that plans and execute our product roadmap.  Working closely with cross functional teams including designers, engineers and customer success, you’ll help create robust, intuitive features which drive value to our half a million members, our paying customer product brands and our internal teams that drive the company forward.   You’ll truly be the tip of the spear in our mission to inspire and facilitate people to #trynatural and to help natural products get to market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall product roadmap, from both a strategic and execution perspective.

  • Conceptualize, prioritize and own features with a focus on deeply understanding the needs of our users, paying customers and internal teams through both quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Understand the competitive landscape for consumer product goods discovery, consumer data analytics, social media and overall trends in natural product marketing.  Use these insights to shape our product strategy and roadmap.

  • Work with the company executive and cross-functional leaders of design, engineering, data, marketing and customer success to prioritize features, initiatives and plan the overall product roadmap execution.

  • Effectively align roadmaps based on company priorities, set clear and measurable objectives, and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve roadmap velocity.  Launch often and measure everything!

  • Work closely with the Director of Engineering to facilitate roadmap planning, estimation and sprint-based agile execution with the cross functional team of designers and developers.

  • Oversee multiple parallel product work streams in fast-paced, agile environment, align them with business priorities & deadlines, and help continuously raise the bar on execution.

  • Lead sprint planning meetings and stand-ups to ensure timely delivery.

  • In additional to the primary product, support the various internal teams with digital products and solutions to enhance their workflow

Requirements
  • 4+ years in Product Management or Digital Project Management roles. Added bonus if some of that was in SaaS or at an early-stage, fast-growing startup.

  • 4+ years building digital products

  • Experience in managing user experience, design and technical development for digital products.

  • Experience working at startup/growth stage businesses or digital agencies

  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles

  • Experience with modern User Experience principles and managing UX and UI Designers.

  • Experience doing research and analysis, fluency working with quantitative and qualitative data and digital analytics platforms.

  • Experience conducting digital A/B tests and quantifying results.

  • Experience with standard or comparable digital tools such as Jira, Asana, Slack, Google Analytics, Power BI and other workflow, scheduling, task management, product management and analytics software.

  • SCRUM Master or Product Owner’s certification a plus.

  • Product Management course training a plus.

  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns a plus.

  • Experience with grocery/wellness products a plus

  • Excellent written, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Experience effectively presenting to executive staff, key stakeholders, and large teams

  • Experience in working with and coordinating projects across teams

  • Ability to deconstruct industry and competitor trends to inform roadmaps

Responsibilities

At Social Nature, our sales team is responsible for growing our business by building new relationships with leading consumer brands across North America and growing strategic accounts. This role is based out of our head office in Vancouver BC, but some travel is required. What You’ll Be Doing

A Software Engineer is a development guru who is equally comfortable shipping reliable applications as they are digging into tough problems in a Linux shell and getting their hands into sprawling C# code.

This position is critical to the growth of the company. Not only will you see your work having a direct impact on the bottom line, but you will also be a key player in the continued rocket trajectory of a successful, profitable company that is both leading the industry and doing good in the world.

Reporting to the Director of Technology and collaborating with product managers, marketers and fellow developers, your day-to-day will include:

  • The creation of user-facing websites using the latest and best available cross-platform .NET tools

  • Owning the overall reliability and performance of our customer-facing web application and back-office suite

  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices, introducing them to your workflow

  • Leading the requirements gathering and workflow decision-making process for the team

  • Writing testable code using TDD methods; mentoring others to do the same

  • A/B testing shipped features to establish data baselines and measure performance

Qualifications
